Xinke Shen is a first-year master’s student at the University of Arizona, hailing from China.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Musicology from Central China Normal University, where she studied musical composition under the guidance of Guanyu Cao. During her undergraduate years, Xinke was an active member of the prestigious Tiankong Choir, one of China’s foremost women’s choirs, with which she performed extensively on international stages.

In 2019, Xinke began her career as a music teacher at a primary school in Shanghai. By 2022, she served as the director of a church choir in China, further showcasing her leadership and musical expertise.
