For this first-ever collaboration, The Helios Ensemble (Dr. Ben Hansen, conductor) and Symphonic Choir (Dr. Elizabeth Schauer, conductor) will combine to perform the majestic double-choir music of Mexican composer Antonio de Salazar and Italian composer Raffaella Aleotti. In addition, The Helios Ensemble will present a program of works from around the globe, and Symphonic Choir will perform James Whitbourn’s mystical Son of God Mass for choir, organ and soprano saxophone.
